By ordering from Pebble Pantry, you agree to these terms.

Orders

  • All orders are subject to availability.

  • Once baking has started, orders cannot be changed or cancelled.

Prices & Payment

  • Prices are shown in GBP (£).

  • Payment is taken in full at checkout.

  • Prices may change, but this won’t affect orders already placed.

Delivery

  • Delivery dates are estimates.

  • We are not responsible for courier delays or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Perishable Goods

  • Our items are freshly made food items and cannot be returned.

  • If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Refunds

  • Refunds or replacements are offered at our discretion.

  • Proof (such as photos) may be required.

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Allergens

  • Our products may contain or come into contact with allergens including gluten, nuts, peanuts, milk, eggs and soya.

  • Customers are responsible for checking ingredient information before ordering.

Liability

  • We are not responsible for indirect losses.

  • Our liability is limited to the value of your order.

  • Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
