2. Perishable Goods

Because our items are fresh food items, we cannot accept returns once they have left our kitchen. However, if there’s a quality issue, we’ll work with you to make it right.

3. When You Can Get a Refund

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:

  • Your order arrives damaged.

  • Your order is incorrect (wrong item, size, flavour, etc.).

  • Your order is missing.

To qualify, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide photos or evidence of the issue.

5. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6. Delivery Issues

If your delivery was lost or significantly delayed through no fault of your own, contact us and we’ll investigate with the courier and find a solution.

7. Changes to Your Order

If you want to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once production has started, changes may not be possible
